Recently, a new evidence suggesting giants are real surfaced in the location of the Solomon Islands. Researchers investigating the site heard and retold many stories famous among the native people there.
But, let’s start from the beginning. The Solomon Islands actually consists of about 1,000 islands. It is a sovereign state in Oceania, east of Papua New Guinea.

These islands are thought to have been populated by the Melanesian people for a long period of time.
In fact, in 1568, the Spanish explorer Alvaro de Mendaña found the islands and named them Islas Salomon (English: Solomon Islands).
In 1893, the UK founded a protectorate over the Islands. During the World War II, America and Japan had a severe fight over the Solomon Islands.
Most famous of them all was the Battle of Guadalcanal. Thus, many of the American citizens acknowledge the region by the name Guadalcanal.
The first European visitor of the islands was the aforementioned Alvaro de Mendaña who came from Peru.
Before the European approach, the people of Solomon Islands had scandalous habits of cannibalism and headhunting.
The capital of the Solomon Islands, Honiara, is located on the island of Guadalcanal, which is the title the Americans are aware of. However, the intense war between the Americans and the Japanese wasn’t the only conflict at the time.
Japanese soldiers encountered a True Giant.
Marius Boirayon is the Research Director of the Solomon Anthropological Expedition Trust Board Incorporated and one of the people involved in the investigation process on the islands regarding the True Giants.
The Australian-based Boirayon lived and worked in the Solomon Islands as a helicopter pilot and engineer. He also married a Solomon native woman.
Not only he became a citizen there, he also became familiar with the islands’ culture and traditions. Among the stories, of course, were the tales about the giants.
In 2010, Boirayon published the book Solomon Island Mysteries. His work contained stories from the domestic people, including his wife.
He discovered that there were giants living on the islands and one of them was even over 10 foot tall.
These Guadalcanal Giants, as he likes to call them, have long black, brown or red hair, double eyebrows, red eyeballs, flat noses and wide mouths.
The photo beneath shows Harry Trumbore’s drawing of one of the Malaysian True Giants. This giant goes by the name of Orang Dalam (from The Field Guide of Bigfoot and Other Mystery Primates, 2006), as he was similar to the giants portrayed in this book.
“The Solomon Islander are lacking the understanding that their Giant race [would be a] big scientific discovery to the rest of the World. Whether by design or not, it is appropriate that the Solomon Island’s National logo is ‘The Place That Time Forgot,’” said Boirayon.
Boirayan also gathered many eyewitness accounts of the True Giants. According to him, they are over 15 feet tall creatures that leave footprints around the construction sites of the Solomon Islands.
As per many local reports, the gigantic civilization lives inside the jungle mountain ranges of Guadalcanal. They have large cave systems over the entire island.
